For the ultimate in ease and convenience our phone lines are open from 7.00am to 9:00pm, seven days a week, so you can call us whenever you sign your contract.  We have a quick turnaround and can come and inspect your home within 24hrs to give you all the time you need to make any decisions within the cooling off period.  With all the latest hi-tech equipment, we’ll conduct your inspection and record all the details as we go along enabling us to issue your report on the same day for morning inspections or first thing the next morning for afternoon inspections, so you’ll quickly be up to speed and fully informed about any issues with your new home.

We are a family business, and we pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service.  Available 7 days a week, you can rely on us to take care of everything from arranging entry with the vendor/agent right through to issuing the report and talking you through our findings.  We have special deals to save you at least $150.00 when you combine your building inspection with a pest inspection.

We invite all clients to come along to the building and pest inspections so you can see first hand the exhaustive checks we follow, and we can talk you through and show you any issues we find.  If you can’t attend the inspection no worries’, we’ll quickly issue your report. 

Our reports are full of colour photographs to illustrate our findings and divided up into easy to read sections.  If you haven’t been able to attend the inspection, we will talk you through our findings to make sure you are fully informed and understand what you’re reading.
